The words of Lenka Tomanova (Slovakia) describing DwL Slovakia - March 2011:

“I put all my doubts to the ground (earth) and let the joy of my life jump to the air.
I tried to blow the passion as fire together with anger and let love go from the heart as water to cover whomever needs it.
I found myself grounded after I danced with Life.
I feel stronger while standing with my two feet on earth properly.
EMPOWERING!”

The words of Karin Gabriel (Austria) describing HCM November 2010:

“Do the words I use express how I see the world or do they even influence my perception? If silence is supposed to be part of a meaningful conversation, why is it then so difficult for me not to interrupt somebody while talking?” These and similar questions were on my mind during the three wonderful days of “Hosting Converstaions that Matter” in Nov. 2010 in Vienna.
These days truly have opened my eyes, that I simply have to more often open my ears and keep my mouth shut. Since then I have experienced the power of silence during dialogues myself by people having in return shared information with me that are truly valuable, personal and precious. In addition to this, I have gotten to appreciate my friends even more who simply take their time and attention to fully listen to me whenever I feel the need of being heard.

“Listen with attention. Speak with intention. Tend to the well-being of the of the whole.” With these three principles - so simply put and at the same time so powerful - Dey did not only assign a task for those 72 hours of  HCM only, rather did he present to me a challenge for my interaction with others every single day.

I am truly thankful for this eye - and ear - opening learning!

The words of Vierka Doničová (Slovakia) describing HCM November 2010:

Thank you for amazing weekend, and everything.

Hosting Conversations that Matter was for me a truly meaningful experience, which gave me a lot. I am still returning back to the materials, because you can read them again and again, and still there is something that you see only in the next reading.

I would definitely like to take part in the online Beautiful Tribe.

The words of Zuzana Saladiakova (Slovakia) describing HCM November 2010:

I did not know what to expect from the HCM workshop at the beginning.
For me it was very powerfull and different experience from the workshops and conferences that I attended before.
I received a lot of usefull information and ideas that were hard to process at the beginning, but after all I tried to sit down and think about how to use it to my enhancement in having conversations with people.
It really helped me to focus more on what people say and made me more patient when I talk to people and especially to those that are the same talkative as me.
I have started to realize different things in some situations, mistakes that I have been doing while having the conversations and step by step I am trying to implement the practices that I learned during the HCM.
I am really greateful for the experience!

The words of Roman Bednarik (Slovakia) describing HCM November 2010:

My experience at the Beautiful Individuals workshop is something what I will never regret that I have done in my life.
I have learned how to improve my communication skills, how to actively participate in conversations and how to really listen.
There were a lot of “AHA” moments… there were a lot of new distinctions that I am planning to implement, one by one…
Thanks Beautiful Individuals…
I am happy :)
