Block 1 | Enabling Distinctions
One introductory block to create a ‘common shared language’ from where to co-create the experience ahead.
- This block will equip you with a revolutionary and completely new perspective on individuals, dialogue and learning itself, making special emphasis on the profile of the facilitator/host him/herself!
Block 2 | From Individuals to Tribes
The second block looks forward to explore our learning paradigms as individuals and the implications that derive from such paradigms when planning collaborative learning experiences as well as what the role the facilitator/host could be.
- This block aims to set a clear playground for the facilitator/host, from where learning could be co-created more than delivered, making emphasis on the creation of containers where learning happens more than training experiences where knowledge is given.
Block 3 | Using Social Technologies
The third block is full of experiential activity while we dig deep into a set of well selected social technologies, learning them by practicing them.
- This block marks a breakthrough in the way you have been seeing learning happening! Here you will be able to see the whole new acquired distinctions in motion working together to create a learning atmosphere never experienced before.
Block 4 | Challenging My Status-Quo
The last block focuses on each one of the participants and their individuals talents as facilitators, hosts and coaches; helping them raise the bar on their own self-assessments and reach better delivery at each round of performance.
- This is the decisive block that will ensure your life will never be the same after this retreat! You will have the opportunity to perform ‘on-stage’ several times receiving immediate feedback through the usage of ‘triangular coaching’, definitely a unique and extremely powerful experience.
